A thick textured weave with a felted surface gives the coat depth in muted tones.
Double-breasted front
Two buttons close at the chest and the coat hangs open below, which keeps the drape moving.

The wool blend is thick and the felted surface gives it body. That weight is why it hangs in a straight column from the shoulder rather than fluttering about.
The weave is heathered, so the colour shifts a little across the surface instead of sitting flat.

Are taxes and duties included?
