About Maison Soffia

Maison Soffia is a womenswear house for the pieces you reach for every day: long coats, soft knitwear, easy co-ords and dresses that work from morning to evening. We choose each style for its cut, its fabric and how it wears over a season, not just how it looks in a photograph.

Our Collection

Our collection is organised around a few categories: Coats & Jackets, Knitwear, Co-ords & Sets, Dresses, Trousers & Skirts, Shirts & Tops and Loungewear. Every product page lists the details that apply to that piece, such as composition, care and size information. We only describe a material or feature when it applies to the product you are buying.

Fulfilment and Delivery

Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered in an estimated 5–15 working days. Orders are fulfilled through our supplier and fulfilment partners. For UK orders, VAT and any import duties are paid by us; for other countries, local import duties and taxes are paid by the customer. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send you the return instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by us. Approved refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the item back. See our Refund Policy. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Offers

When you buy 2 items you save 10%, and when you buy 3 or more items you save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
