Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed with Maison Soffia. It applies to orders delivered to the United Kingdom and to every other country we ship to.

Shipping Options and Cost

At checkout you can choose between two shipping options. The options and prices for your address are shown before you pay, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

The names shown at checkout for each option may include the name of the delivery service used for your country. Delivery times are estimates counted from the date we confirm dispatch to you by email; they are not guarantees.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed. Processing covers order checks, preparation and packing. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays start processing on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 5-15 working days in total, depending on the shipping option you choose: 7-15 working days for Standard Shipping and 5-12 working days for Fast Shipping. Delays can be caused by carrier problems, severe weather, public holidays or high order volumes. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Order Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched through our supplier and fulfilment partners. Our business address (65 Peter St, Manchester M2 5PB, United Kingdom) is the place for correspondence and may be different from the location a parcel is dispatched from. Please do not send returns to our business address unless we ask you to.

Order Tracking and Shipping Protection

Both Standard Shipping and Fast Shipping include a tracking code, and Fast Shipping also includes shipping protection. We email you the tracking information after dispatch. Tracking may show no movement for a few days at the start, so please allow some time for the carrier's system to update. If your tracking has not changed for 7 days, email contact@maisonsoffia.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

Delivery Address

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and check it before you pay. Tell us immediately if there is an error; we cannot guarantee a change once an order is being fulfilled or has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we will arrange re-delivery; extra carrier charges may apply in that case.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, email contact@maisonsoffia.com with your order number and we will investigate. If tracking suggests your parcel is lost, or if it arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual arrival date, with photos where relevant. We will work with the carrier and, where the problem is confirmed, send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you, whichever shipping option you chose. See our Refund Policy for details.

Taxes and Import Duties

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are intended to be final. For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, VAT and any import duties or customs charges are paid by us, so you will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. For delivery to other countries, import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by the destination country are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
